music just ain’t what it used to be man. it’s just not as “fun” as before. I miss all the shiny ass colored pleather outfits and cheesy ass choreographed dance moves throughout the video lol.

I miss those moments from my past where me and my home girls would watch a video shit loads of times just to get the dance moves down packed so we can break them out during lunch in the school gym or at school dances, even parties.

I guess we just grow up. I guess I have “grown up” and that’s all it really is..but even so, in 2009 it seems that teens are less creative or passionate about things. I don’t see them building memories like I built with my friends. I honestly see teens from this period more anxious to just grow up, doing things I did in college. it makes me wonder what they will get into when they do finally get there, and that’s a scary thought because I have teenage cousins.

I guess it was just my era. I guess this generation is far beyond ours. they’re too grown for goofy simple minded fun. I guess now, that stuff from then is boring.
